Priority Applications

Before opening applications to the public, we're inviting a limited number of artists who have previously expressed interest in Gothland Residency to submit a Priority Application for our first residency season.
What is a Priority Application?
Priority applicants will be among the first artists considered for Gothland Residency's inaugural season, giving them the best opportunity to be matched with their preferred residency dates and available accommodation before applications open to the public.
You only need to apply once. Your Priority Application will remain on file and continue to be considered as residency placements are made.
Note: Submitting a Priority Application does not guarantee acceptance, reserve a place or confirm a residency.

Is there a deadline to apply?
No. You may apply at any time. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and Priority Applications are considered first.
Is there an application fee?
No.
When will public applications open?
The public application period has not yet been announced. Priority applicants will be notified when applications officially open and will receive first consideration.
Is this a booking?
No. Priority Applications help us review potential artists and prepare for our inaugural residency season.
Will I need to pay now?
No.
When will I hear back?
Priority Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If your application is a strong fit, you'll be contacted as opportunities become available.
Can I update my application later?
Yes. If your plans change before residency placements are made, simply contact us and we'll be happy to update your application.
